MARS Rinser, Filler and Capper is used for bottling water, fruit juice, liquid oil, alcohol drinks and other non-carbonated liquids up to 2,5 lt..Suitable for glass bottle, PET and PVC.Monoblock is a special machine designed on NECK HANDLING SYSTEM and it doesn't need a bottle change set.

RINSER
Bottles are turned upside down by handling from their necks.After the liquid is sprayed inside the bottle, up-side down position continues to drop the liquid completely.Do to the bottling liquid, pure water, sterile air, nitrogen or any other liquid can be used by the rinser.

FILLER
Bottles coming from rinser part are transferred to filling unite by star wheels.Filling part is separeted as ;
• Weak vacuum system
• Naturaly filling (gravity) system
• Hot filling (90 °C)
• Load Cell Check filling system
• Volumetric filling system
According to bottling liquid.

CAPPER Capper unite differs as

At this unite, 2 capping part can be fitted to use 2 different cap easily.
